It is hard to believe we are already sending a "save the date" for End-of-Grade (EOG) testing for students in grades 3-5. Students must participate in the EOG assessments on the scheduled day. If they do not attend school on the day designated for one of their assigned EOG assessments, they will be required to attend make-up sessions. Make-up sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of test administrators and might take place on days currently designated for fun activities like awards celebrations, merit events, etc. If sessions cannot be made up on school days, summer days may be used for make-up testing sessions. Make every attempt to have your child at school on time for EOG testing sessions. Mark the following dates on your calendar to ensure your child does not have to attend a make-up testing session.
Third Grade
May 9th - Reading EOG
May 14th - Math EOG
May 16th - Read to Achieve (select students, based on performance on the Reading EOG)
May 20th - Reading EOG Retest (select students, based on performance on the Reading EOG)
May 23rd - Summer Remediation (select students, based on performance on the regular Math EOG)
May 24th - Summer Retest (select students, based on performance on the regular Math EOG)
Fourth Grade
May 10th - Reading EOG
May 15th - Math EOG
May 23rd - Summer Remediation (select students, based on performance on the regular EOGs)
May 24th - Summer Retest (select students, based on performance on the regular EOGs)
Fifth Grade
May 9th - Science EOG
May 10th - Reading EOG
May 15th - Math EOG
May 23rd - Summer Remediation (select students, based on performance on the regular EOGs)
